ADA Accommodation
At the Appraisal & Real Estate Career Academy (ARÉCA), we are committed to providing reasonable accommodations to allow qualified individuals the opportunity to fully participate in our programs and services, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Some accommodation requests may be resolved through built-in technology within our learning management platform (such as enabling closed captioning or extended time on tests), while others may require a more in-depth review.
If you require accommodations to participate in our online courses, your request must be received via email at info@arecareeracademy.com prior to your purchase.
Once we receive your request, we will provide the necessary forms and application within 7 business days to initiate the process. Upon receiving the fully completed application and forms, we may ask additional questions to better understand the nature of the accommodations needed. Be sure to include your contact information and proof of accommodation with your request. The review process may take up to 14 business days to complete.
Please note that ARÉCA does not arrange accommodations on your behalf with the test administrator for any official licensing or certification exams. If you need accommodations for an official exam, you must contact the test administrator directly and follow their procedures. Refer to the official testmaker’s website for more information on their accommodation process.
